Proud of Our Eagle Scout!

Today is a Special Day for Our Eagle Scout Eric!

If you are a friend of mine or a friend of our family we would like to invite you to join us today as we celebrate in ceremony our Eagle Scout Eric.  We didn't send out individual invites but thought if you would like to come you could come on down and celebrate with us today at 2pm.   here is the invite...

 

 

 

We would be most happy to see you there.  It is a happy day for us and he has worked very hard for this even though he does not want the special attention we feel it is an accomplishment worthy of all the fuss whether he wants it or not.  He will be leaving for the Air Force on August 13th after high school graduation and some time at summer camp with the boy scouts.  I will miss him dearly and know that he will always do his best no matter where he is.  This mom is definitely proud of his accomplishments and thankful everyday for being blessed with such a great son.

Deb is a good friend of mine that I met through my upline's upline  the very first convention I went on with my upline many years ago.  Hard to believe I will be attending my 7th one soon. We like to do an  organized swap at convention with Deb's group and Sue Hyer's group each year at convention.  It is always the best swap  and we get the most beautiful and best made cards from this swap. Deb has been an inspiration to me.  I have watched her  overcome many issues with her health and she because of her positive attitude and a lot of hard work she has grown in leaps and bounds in her business. She is one of Stampin' UP!'s TOP demonstrators and served last year on the advisory committee a very high honor for a Stampin' UP! demonstrator.  She has always been a great example and a very positive  influence in my own Stampin' UP! business.  I am sure you will enjoy this video from her.

Saturday at our Stamping in Florida meeting several of the girls saw my Mini album and wanted to make one.  I promised to find a video for them to use to make the base to the album.  You can use many of the decorative or designer paper Stampin' UP! carries or any others scrapbook paper. Once the base is done the decorating is fun and almost anything goes. Have fun!

Just fill your Stampin' Spritzer about 3/4 full with 70% rubbing alcohol and a few drops of reinker, then shake well and spray any white ribbon and voila.. beautiful colored ribbon in any Stampin' Up! color!
